Thompson Palm Springs is now recruiting for an enthusiastic Banquets Manager to join the hotel’s F&B team. The Banquets Manager will focus on our Banquets operation but will also support all food and beverage outlets within the hotel operated by Hyatt.
Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to exceed guest expectations
- Previous Assistant Restaurant Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or supervisory experience required
- Previous Banquets and/or Event Services experience is a plus
- Proficient computer knowledge, including working knowledge of point of sales systems
- Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized, have strong leadership skills and possess a strong food and beverage knowledge
