Job Description
Hyatt Place Dubai Cluster is seeking a dynamic HR & Learning Executive to support HR operations and drive learning initiatives across the cluster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for colleague development.
Requirements
- Support day-to-day HR operations
- Coordinate and deliver training programs
- Assist in implementing talent development strategies and succession planning
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
- Partner with department heads to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions
- Champion Hyatt's culture and values across all properties in the cluster
