• 2. 确保保持工作环境的五星级水准,并为所有客人留下积极的第一印象.
• 3. 始终根据凯悦酒店的品牌标准提供礼貌、专业、高效、灵活的服务.
• 4. 确保所有的服务员,救生员及服务员始终提供礼貌、专业的服务.
• 5. 必须确保宾客服务员,健身教练,救身员遵守预约时间表提供服务.
• 6. 全面掌握酒店健身中心的服务和产品知识,具备促销的能力.
• 7. 全面了解工作知识,能够根据服务标准对下属的工作起到监督,纠正和示范作用.
