Job Description
HyerTek is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst who can translate federal stakeholder needs into working solutions for enterprise systems such as ERP, financial management, supply chain, HR, and service operations.
Requirements
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with federal stakeholders
- Document current-state and future-state business processes
- Analyze gaps between client needs and system capabilities
- Gather and document requirements for financial management systems
- Gather and document requirements for service management systems
- Facilitate sessions on workflow optimization and business process automation
- Translate reporting needs into dashboard and analytics requirements
- Apply data modeling skills to design database structures and business rules
- Develop functional specifications for technical teams
- Support UAT, training, and go-live activities
- Write user documentation and training materials
