Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance, growth, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of both paid and organic growth levers
• Proven track record running and optimizing paid campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
• Comfort with growth tools and analytics stacks
• Hands-on experience designing and executing growth experiments
• Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and working independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
