(Associate) Production Manager

We are on a mission to bring sustainability and automation to the construction industry. We are looking for an Associate Production Manager to lead commissioning and early-stage operations of our first UK 3D concrete printing factory.

Requirements

• Commissioning and installation of printing system, admixture room, and waste systems
• Recruit, onboard, and support training of production technicians
• Implement UK-compliant risk assessments and embed strong safety practices
• Stabilize production to achieve 8 beds/day with 90% yield rate
• Deliver daily safety, quality, delivery, inventory, people, and cost KPIs
