Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence Lead to shape data-driven strategies, build scalable BI frameworks, and deliver actionable insights to drive business performance. The role involves translating complex data into clear business recommendations and leading a team of BI/analytics professionals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or strategy roles with team management experience
- Strong background in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets (exchange background highly preferred)
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and SQL/Python
- Experience driving growth, product performance, or marketing ROI through data insights
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese/English is a plus
