Digital Asset Operations Manager

We are hiring a Digital Asset Operations Manager for a US-listed company undergoing a transition from the food sector to a digital asset strategy. This role focuses on the operational backbone of the company's crypto treasury, overseeing end-to-end processes, compliance, and financial alignment. The ideal candidate is crypto operations expert with a financial understanding and a treasury management background.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in crypto/digital asset operations, treasury, or exchange operations.
• Proven track record in managing custodial wallets, on/off ramp processes, and crypto transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Web3 ecosystem, exchanges, custodians, and DeFi/CeFi products.
• Solid understanding of financial operations, treasury, and accounting integration.
• Highly organized with attention to detail, process-driven mindset, and risk awareness.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
