Tech Lead (Web3)

We are hiring a Tech Lead (Web3) to lead the technical vision, design, and development of innovative web3 projects, guiding a team of engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance decentralized solutions.

Requirements

• Technical leadership experience with 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks; Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks; and RESTful API development with database management (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Deep blockchain expertise, including strong understanding of blockchain concepts and hands-on experience leading the integration of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Experience with scalable architectures, including design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures for web applications.
• Leadership and mentorship skills, including demonstrated experience mentoring and leading engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and driving technical excellence.
