Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Transaction Coordinator to work remotely with US-based real estate investing companies. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the field, strong communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software applications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator of a US-based Real Estate Investing Company
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts, documents, and transaction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MLS systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
- Understanding of Real Estate wholesaling
- Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping
- Proficient in Real Estate CRMs
