As a Tender Specialist Europe, you will drive commercial success across European markets by steering, coordinating, and optimizing all tender and RFQ activities. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end tender and RFQ processes, acting as a central point of contact for commercial submissions, and developing cost models with Product Managers and local branches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management, pricing, or business development within freight forwarding or logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and tender management tools
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, Italian, Polish, Spanish) are an advantage
