Requirements
- Identify the needs (test drive, consultation, other) and forward them to the appropriate contact person.
- Welcome all arriving visitors, interested parties, customer, and partners, if possible, by name.
- Support the team in the coordination and assignment of appointments (test drive, consultation, other)
- Look after our studio guests from presentation, demonstration to order
- Record all details and information on our CXP system
- Keep up to date with the specification/ additions to our Genesis car range through our internal training system Campus.
- Support of the team in the organisation of events in the studio and, if necessary, also at official receptions. Especially when it is a logistical and administrative task.
- If necessary, you take over customer recalls and notifications
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers in studio
- You ensure cleanliness and order in the daily operation in the studio
