Marketing Intelligence and CRM Manager

Requirements

• Experience in marketing performance measurement and end-to-end reporting frameworks with a proven track record of turning data into actionable insight.
• Understanding of data insight and ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed briefs.
• Commercial experience within the automotive industry.
• Working knowledge and experience of managing a marketing database, integration with website and email marketing systems (Siebel experience desirable)
• Development and implementation of CRM strategies with proven success in customer retention
• Knowledge and understanding of data protection regulations and implementing organisational policies
• Familiarity with various advertising and reporting platforms
• Agency management experience
• Ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels of seniority
• Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise
• Proven ability to problem-solve and find innovative solutions to challenges
