As the Sales Manager for Hyundai Motor Italy, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing sales and marketing strategies across the country for the brand, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and managing the field force team to support business growth and performance.

Requirements

• Support the Sales Director to define car sales targets
• Develop and implement sales targets in the market
• Manage relationships with Hyundai official Dealers
• Oversee and analyze sales data at the high level regarding activities
• Manage a team and continuous trainings to ensure market alignment
• Analyze the principal markers of market performances, evaluating the competitors’ activities
