As a Specialist (m/w/d) Fleet Management Genesis, you will organize the allocation of company cars and employee leasing vehicles, manage and maintain company cars and leasing vehicles, and shape the further development of vehicle administration processes.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain company cars and leasing vehicles
• Divide vehicles taking into account the applicable Company Car Rules and the current new vehicle inventory
• Process customer-specific vehicle requests
• Organize and control vehicle registrations and deregistrations
• Monitor the activation, use, and aging of company and leasing vehicles
• Handle accidents, damages, and breakdowns, as well as administrative offenses and fines
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections to ensure operational readiness
• Bind existing customers and expand the customer network of the companies
• Conduct reporting and accompany projects for the development of innovative solutions
• Ensure monthly leasing calculations and the creation of end-of-month statements based on return reports
