Job Description
Manage domestic and export markets' warranty claim process, drive dealer and distributor warranty invoices and payments, and prepare regular warranty reports using MS Office skills.
Requirements
- At least bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent university fields
- Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in/for Automotive OEMs in Technical/Warranty roles
- Proficient oral and written skills in English
- Advanced user of MS Office applications (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
- Customer-focused personality
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with attitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels globally
- Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Traveling flexibility both overseas and in Turkey
