As a Jr. Associate/Associate in Business Development, you will support growth initiatives by identifying and targeting potential clients, managing accounts, and working closely with the BD team to ensure the success of business development activities.
Requirements
- Native German proficiency or fluency in German (C1/C2 level)
- Proven experience in Business Development, particularly in a B2B sales context
- Strategic approach to lead generation and outbound sales
- Strong skills in managing accounts and nurturing client relationships
- Familiarity with tools and platforms like LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
