Automation Specialist

We are looking for a challenge in one of the world’s largest airfreight logistics organisations. As an Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions that streamline business processes and deliver measurable value.

Requirements

• Collaborate with business units to understand and document current processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Conduct end-to-end business analysis to define requirements for automation use cases.
• Design and document future-state automated workflows using tools such as BPMN or process mapping software.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for automation developers.
• Support the development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions (e.g., RPA, low-code platforms, AI/ML integrations).
• Monitor and measure the performance of deployed automations, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
• Maintain clear documentation and knowledge sharing for all automation initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Contribute to the automation backlog and help prioritize initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
• Stay up to date with trends in intelligent automation, process mining, and digital transformation
