Job Description
iAnthus Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to support hydrocarbon extraction operations. This role focuses on preparing raw material for extraction, ensuring quality control, and assisting with daily lab operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data integrity and a team-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Receive, weigh, and log incoming biomass for extraction
- Sort and grind plant material to specified particle size for optimal extraction efficiency
- Monitor humidity, material condition, and storage protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pre-processing areas
- Track and record batch data and inventory using internal systems
- Communicate with extraction technicians
- Assist with minor maintenance and cleaning
- Ability to perform tedious tasks and multi-task
- Pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Level 2 criminal background check
