Job Description
Business Process Expert wanted to lead back office operations for SMART Energy solutions. Drive process improvements, resolve system issues, and manage a BPO team. Analyze existing processes, identify enhancements, and implement improvements. Lead initiatives to streamline operations and elevate the business.
Requirements
- Proficient in Power BI, Python & SQL as well as SAP & MS Office
- Experience in stakeholder engagement
- Experience in Operations processes management
