We are recruiting a Project Coordinator to join our Distribution business within SP Energy Networks. The successful candidate will provide gold-standard customer service to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all projects.
Requirements
- Assign work to service partners and ensure clear scope and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive Health & Safety, Quality, and Performance.
- Manage project milestones, customer engagement, and site surveys.
- Work closely with designers and quantity surveyors to ensure accurate surveys and BoQs.
- Monitor spend forecasts, raise POs, review PayApps, and track project progress.
- Provide weekly reports and future work plans to maintain steady workflow.
