Legal Manager

IBMC is seeking an experienced Legal professional to oversee all legal and compliance matters for a Singapore-established client group, particularly within financial and regulated industries. This role involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and providing risk mitigation advice. The position requires relocation to or from Bali, Indonesia.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore and offshore legal requirements.
• Advise management and the Board on risk mitigation.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and regulators.
• Establish internal legal frameworks and compliance monitoring.
• Willingness to relocate to or based in Bali.
