Job Description
iBusiness Funding is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Director of Finance to lead and elevate the company's finance, accounting, treasury, and FP&A functions.
Requirements
- BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. MBA or CFA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, treasury, FP&A, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing direct reports and building high-performing teams.
- Strong technical expertise in ASC 606, ASC 310, ASC 326/CECL, ASC 842, and related frameworks.
- Experience in lending, fintech, or SaaS/software industries strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
