Restaurant Manager

Contribute to the success of the restaurant by managing operations according to Inspired Concepts, LLC standards, policies and procedures. Develop team members and ensure proper set up of the entire restaurant, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years progressive experience in a restaurant management role
• Proven leader with ability to inspire others to work toward a common goal
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to deadline
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and a POS system (a plus)
