ICAO Roster- Air Transport Economic Analysis Expert (NGAP)

The expert will assist States in developing a comprehensive strategy and action plan to address workforce needs, attract, train, and retain the Next Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP). The expert will collect and analyze data on aviation indicators, personnel demand, and training capacity, and develop a forecasting methodology to determine current and future workforce needs.

Requirements

• University or equivalent professional qualification in Data Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data collection and analysis
• Strong knowledge of data collection methodologies, data analysis techniques, and data visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with aviation data sources, and aviation databases, data security and privacy regulations, and experience implementing security measures in software platforms.
• Experience in the aviation industry or working with aviation data.
• A good command of oral and written English.
