Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience as an IT Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or Help Desk Technician
- Practical experience with Windows 11 deployment and maintenance
- Strong understanding of Active Directory concepts
- Solid grasp of computer systems, networking basics, and mobile devices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
- Good command of English
