The Enterprise Project Manager will oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business transformation across the firm.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end project execution: define scope, develop detailed plans, and drive cross-functional execution to ensure projects are delivered at the expected quality level.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication: coordinate decisions across business, technology, and control partners; prepare and deliver structured updates to executives, sponsors, and working groups to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation: create and manage project charters, status reports, RAID logs, and leadership summaries that reflect current progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness: maintain adherence to internal risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and project management standards while ensuring documentation is audit-ready at all stages.
- Leverage project management tools: manage schedules, workflows, and reporting dashboards in tools such as monday.com, Jira, Confluence, and MS 365 to support accurate tracking and visibility.
