Job Description
ICE Consulting is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and manage IT systems for clients. This role involves managing systems integration, monitoring performance, and providing technical support, ideally with a client-facing approach. The position can be remote or on-site depending on preference.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or administration in an MSP environment
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and networking protocols
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Experience managing VMware environments and enterprise storage solutions
- Strong understanding of backup and recovery solutions, particularly Veeam
- Familiarity with Office 365 and G Suite administration
- Experience with server operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
