Job Description
ICE Consulting is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the transition to modern enterprise solutions for their clients. The role involves overseeing project phases, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensuring quality through proactive issue resolution. This is a significant impact position within a driven team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional project management experience
- 3+ years in a senior project management role
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, ConnectWise, and QuoteWerks
- Experience with resource scheduling and technical support workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
