Job Description
This Engineering Team Lead role focuses on delivering commercial systems and interfaces for satellite customers. The team leader will drive technical excellence, architectural decisions, and facilitate collaboration with product managers to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable software delivery. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a people-centric approach focused on mentorship and professional development.
