Global Sourcing Manager- Energy

As Global Sourcing Manager Indirect Energy, you will lead procurement activities for utilities within the Energy sub-category, focusing on reducing total cost of ownership while ensuring service quality. You will collaborate with a team of Sourcing Managers and Operational Buyers, managing a spend of over €130M annually.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Energy, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or energy markets
• Strong expertise in energy legislation and market dynamics
• Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional procurement processes
• Excellent command of English; Hebrew or additional European languages are a plus
• Strong negotiation skills, strategic mindset, and pragmatic approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization
