Job Description
ICONIC Sales is seeking a Junior Performance / Online Marketing Manager to join their advertising team. The role involves coordination, strategic planning, consulting, PPC and display campaign development, performance monitoring, and reporting, all with a focus on Amazon Advertising. The ideal candidate will be analytical, customer-focused, and driven to contribute to innovation and growth.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in online/performance marketing (internships are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with German and English (min. B1).
- Analytical skills and a penchant for numbers.
