This role will be part of Reckitt's Media Trading team, overseeing global digital media planning and activation.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in digital media
- Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Proven success in delivering results across large-scale performance campaigns and cross-department collaboration
- Expertise in managing and growing teams, including recruitment, training, retention, and career development
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and task prioritization
