This is a full-time position for an Instructional Assistant Principal of Instruction (APIs) at IDEA Lower Rio Grande Valley Region in Texas. The role focuses on developing, coaching, and supporting teachers to ensure student success in college. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 40+ hours spent at school per week
• Experience managing/coaching others preferred
• Strong ability to coach teachers on curriculum and instruction
• Knowledge of core academic subject and passing an IDEA content assessment
