Job Description
IDEA Lakeland is seeking a Part-Time Substitute Teacher to deliver instruction and manage a safe learning environment during a classroom teacher's absence. This role involves following lesson plans, engaging with students, monitoring their behavior, and ensuring student safety. The school offers competitive pay rates and long-term assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred OR at least 1 year of experience working with children.
- Must pass a background check.
