Job Description
The Tutor - IDEA Yukon Academy role requires a part-time teacher to work with students in a school setting, focusing on specific objectives and providing additional practice, guidance, and one-on-one attention.
Requirements
- Minimum of 48 hours of college credit with a minimum 2.5 GPA
- Two years of full-time instructional experience in a K-12 school may be substituted in lieu of the education requirement
- Ability to instruct students and manage student behavior
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adjust and adapt to a multitude of situations in the school environment
