Senior Software Engineer

Ideagen is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic Agile development team. The role involves building high-quality SaaS software, contributing to the SDLC, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate for testing and automation, and contributes positively within the Agile framework.

Requirements

• At least 6 years’ experience in a Software Development role is preferred
• Demonstrable experience implementing programming best practices
• Back-end development experience in .NET Core, and SQL Server
• Experience in Entity Framework, RESTful API design
• Proficient in Modern system architecture/Microservices
• Knowledge in React or React Native is a plus
• Proven ability to deliver technical features within an enterprise application
• Experience using Source Control, preferably Git
• Good understanding of UX / Design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies/frameworks such as Scrum
• Knowledge using CI/CD tools specifically Octopus
• Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences
