Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience with ETL and SCRUM, as well as advanced experience with Microsoft Office. They will be responsible for understanding business processes, identifying scope and requirements, and communicating technical information to a non-technical audience.
Requirements
- Understand what the business does and how it does it
- Identify scope and get the requirements
- Analyze business functional requirements
- Prepare business process maps and high-level work flows
- Meet with clients individually and in JAD sessions
- Develop / document requirements in a Use Case, Functional Specification, Wireframes
- Identify candidate business processes for redesign
- Determine how to improve existing business process
- Identify modifications to automated processes
- Drive and uncover large and complex requirements across systems and business domains
- Communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Coordinate testing efforts with QA
