IDEALFORCE has a Contract position available immediately for a Business Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. The ideal candidate will update existing business process diagrams and process narratives in support of the DFI - Workflow and Database Phase 2 Implementation.
Requirements
- Working Knowledge of Business Process Analysis for State Licensing Agencies
- Extensive knowledge of OnBase is strongly desired
- Application development life cycle
- Principles and techniques of software and system quality assurance and control
- Principles and practices of technical problem solving
- Team dynamics and team building
- Principles, practices and techniques of customer service
- Design, installation and maintenance of Management Information systems
- Principles and practices of producing project and technical documentation
