LAN/Server Technician needed to support ADOT network, troubleshoot hardware problems, and implement solutions. On-site position in Phoenix, AZ. Requires strong customer service and technical skills.
Requirements
- General working knowledge of infrastructure technologies
- Ticketing and Department operating procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft products including operating systems (XP, W7 and W10) and Office
- Knowledge of Macintosh operating system for both desktops and servers (Yosimite)
- Computer hardware configuration and repair knowledge
- Knowledge of Ethernet network topology to assist with troubleshooting network issues
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure industry standards and best practices
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
