Requirements
- Works with external customers and internal support and build teams
- Partners with SDM, Delivery teams and Support
- Supports Professional Services engagements
- Coordinates and consults with SA and Sales teams
- Provides feedback and assistance to the Platform team
- Consumes and provides feedback to product delivery teams
