Requirements
- Designs core application frameworks for complex projects
- Create technical specification documents based on business requirements
- Develop code that meets client's coding standards and guidelines
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to application development teams
- Defines development tasks, assigns tasks to development team, and monitors and reports status of development tasks
- Mentors and trains less-experienced software development staff
- Ensures software meets or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements
- Support QA testing and UAT
- Perform other duties as assigned
