Act as SME for UX/UI best practices, maintaining on-brand UX standards, usability trends and regional insights to customize digital properties for cultural differences as appropriate.
Requirements
- 2-4 years' progressive experience in a consumer-focused ecommerce environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, New Media or related field.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and patterns for responsive web design across devices.
- Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
- Experience addressing cross-browser and cross-platform design issues.
- Expert knowledge of standard professional tools, such as Photoshop, InVision, Axure, Balsamiq, OmniGraffle, UXPin, or similar wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams dispersed across geographic locations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to professionally articulate design choices to global business teams and leadership.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
