Job Description
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can seamlessly bridge technical and business perspectives. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable writing code and talking to customers.
Requirements
- Strong Python and Django expertise (ORM, Django Admin, Celery orchestration, Redis)
- Proven experience designing and delivering REST APIs and background processing systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM/AI solutions (e.g., OpenAI), RAG, prompting, structured validation, and evaluation frameworks
- Solid front-end experience with React 18, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Strong SQL/PostgreSQL skills (data modeling, migrations, performance optimization)
- Practical Docker experience in dev/staging environments
- Proven AI/ML delivery track record with measurable business impact; fluent English and Polish with strong stakeholder communication skills
