Job Description
IDEMIA is seeking a skilled Litho Press Operator III to operate a 6 and 8-color sheet fed press. The role involves daily press preparation, color matching, quality inspection, and maintaining press equipment. The company focuses on biometric and cryptographic technology to enable secure payments and safer infrastructure.
Requirements
- Direct press helper/2nd press person and Kitter in daily tasks.
- Set up press and adjust print quality.
- Match color with densitometer, PMS books, and customer standards.
- Inspect orders for defects and correct issues.
- Communicate issues to supervisor.
- Monitor fountain solution levels.
- Perform maintenance on the UV system and replace parts.
- Proper handling and disposal of chemicals.
