Job Description
IDEMIA is seeking a Personalization Workshop Manager to coordinate and manage daily activities of different production teams, drive workshop performance, and ensure team skills and versatility are enhanced. The ideal candidate will have a BAC+2 or experience in the field, knowledge of management and production methods, and master of Office tools.
Requirements
- BAC+2 or experience in the field
- Knowledge of management and production methods
- Master of Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of lean principles
- Understanding and mastery of continuous improvement concepts
- English desired
