The Marketing Manager will lead projects to support new location openings across the North American region, assisting the Marketing team through creative and administrative tasks, executing and assisting marketing campaigns for new locations, and bringing the brand to life.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Marketing/Promotions/Advertising experience
- At least 2-3 years working with regional/national multi-unit chains, background in fitness and wellness a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related degree highly preferred
- Experience managing events and campaigns for brick-and-mortar business openings or Field Marketing
- Creative mind with ability to adapt overall national strategy into tangible localized opening activities and events
- Proactive communicator with a hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships, genuine connections, and trust, both internally and externally
- Exceptional time-management skills and ability to execute tasks and responsibilities in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to exercise good judgment in decision making
