Program Manager - Kaiserslautern

IDS International is seeking a Program Manager to support the “Total Maintenance Contract for the Kaiserslautern Military Community.” The PM will be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance of the military community infrastructure, including sewer maintenance, facility operation, and emergency response.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or documented 5 years of experience in Project Management and facility operations
• Be able to correctly identify required maintenance, define project requirements, and relay any findings in writing or orally
• Be able to read and write in English and German at the proficiency level 4
