Intern in Investment Banking (m/f/d)

The intern will support the Deal Team in preparing, executing, and closing transactions, creating financial models, conducting market analyses, and contributing to client acquisition within an international team. The role offers a high degree of responsibility, personal development opportunities, and training alongside experienced investment bankers.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for digital topics, disruptive innovations, and new technologies
• Advanced Bachelor’s degree in economics, preferably with a focus on finance
• First experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Consulting or auditing (ideally through an internship)
• Excellent social skills and very good German and English skills
• High willingness to learn and perform and an independent and structured working style
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
