Requirements

• Profound knowledge of the educational subject and professional field of the specialty being taught
• Willingness to serve, support, and effectively manage the trainees, accepting their youth and diversity
• Ability to inspire, motivate the trainees, and operate as a model
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the trainees and colleagues
• Effective communication and active listening
• Relevant degree or postgraduate degree in the field of specialty or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of professional or teaching experience in the relevant field (according to the specialty)
• Independent use of computers and office applications (text processing, spreadsheets, and internet services)
